Mr. Elston has an extensive business and operations background having managed and developed a Mortgage Lending division for a large Southern California bank as well as being President of a Mortgage Company and Real Estate Brokerage for the past 17 years.Prior to these he was involved with developing and managing a chain of dinner house restaurants throughout southern California being responsible for more than 600 employees.
Mr. Elston has been recognized for excellence in managing and motivating operational employees.
A graduate of the University of Arizona in 1974 with a degree in Geology specializing in Geochemistry, Geophysics, and Petroleum Geology, he became interested in pursuing his dream of using his business knowledge, management skills and education to be a part of developing a company dedicated to alternative renewable energy.
